How does it work?
Login to see the Order Book which is a list of all products currently available, you can search from this list.
Add items to your Cart.
Under the Orders Tab in your app you can see your Cart and your previous orders under Track
Checkout and pay with a credit or debit card.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order
Where’s my order? All produce is coming directly from the supplier, and most of the time, through courier companies. We love them, they get produce from a farm in Devon, straight to a household in the middle of nowhere — but they can also cause our suppliers and community a large headache! They mean we can’t confirm an exact delivery time. But, if you haven’t received your order by 3pm on the stated delivery date, get in touch with the supplier you ordered from, you’ll find their details in your supplier confirmation email.
